Dr. Rose Ghadakpoor

Dr. Rose Ghadakpoor, DVM, MBA; founded Vetelligence Solutions to help animal health and human health pharma and biotech companies build and sustain quality and regulatory foundations that evolve with their stage of growth from early development through global commercialization.
At the core of her philosophy is a fundamental belief: quality and regulatory should function as a strategic partner to the business, driving value, enabling growth, and strengthening long-term performance, not simply serving as a compliance function. This principle defines how Vetelligence Solutions supports organizations across Startup, Emerging, Scaling, and Established stages.
With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Dr. Ghadakpoor has partnered with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Her work has focused on designing scalable quality and regulatory organizations that align with business strategy, enable regulatory confidence, and support operational resilience.
Dr. Ghadakpoor has held leadership roles within globally recognized pharmaceutical and animal health organizations, including Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Zoetis, Elanco, and Merck Animal Health. In addition to her corporate leadership experience, she has contributed to startup environments, including co-founding a human health manufacturing company and establishing quality and regulatory capabilities across both human and animal health sectors.
Her expertise spans the full product lifecycle from early development and regulatory strategy through approvals, commercialization, and operational optimization. Across each stage of growth, she focuses on helping leadership teams build systems that are right-sized for today while scalable for tomorrow, ensuring organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.
Having worked both within organizations and alongside executive leadership teams as a trusted advisor, Dr. Ghadakpoor understands where companies lose momentum and how to prevent it. Through Vetelligence Solutions, she brings practical judgment and strategic insight to help organizations determine what must be built now, what can evolve over time, and how to move forward without unnecessary complexity or delay.
